This hotel pleasantly surprised me in many ways. the value for money was outstanding. I received a complimentary $50 to play at the casino as a first-time visitor, which turned into an extra $200 in winnings! Secondly, the location was convenient, just off the highway, making it easy to reach. The staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with all the expected amenities. this hotel surpassed my expectations on multiple levels.

No improvements needed, everything was great.

We loved the cozy atmosphere and the delicious food, it felt like being at home; the hotel's proximity to Clayton House is convenient, and it's only a short 12-mile drive from Fort Smith Airport.

The hotel was very clean and modern, with sleek and clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The room had convenient amenities like a coffee pot and fridge, and there were even complimentary waters. The buffet had a good variety of options, including vegetarian choices, and the food was tasty for a buffet. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the tables were clean.

The hallway had a strong masking smell that was overpowering for some guests, but luckily it wasn't noticeable in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and what a fantastic experience it was! The food was excellent and the server was extremely helpful. my experience at this hotel was superb and I can't wait to return for a longer stay.

The noise levels in the hotel were quite high, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. the staff wasn't very helpful when it came to providing local recommendations or answering our questions.
